Read Terms of Service and Conditions Carefully

  • 1 This agreement will automatically be unless written notice is given by Lessee to Lakeview Boat Storage, not less than thirty (30) days before the renewal date; however, Lakeview Boat Storage may elect not to renew this lease.
  • 2 Discounted Annual Leases are subject to an early cancellation fee. Calculation: (standard rate – discounted rate) x the number of months occupied for the current year. (Ex. 5 month early termination: ($65 Standard rate - $60 Discount Rate) x 7 months occupied = $35 Early cancellation Fee.)
  • 3 The Lessee agrees to have their boat or property insured by complete coverage, including liability. Each tenant will be held responsible for the damage they may cause to other boats or other property in the area or the structures or facilities.
  • 4 Lakeview Boat Storage shall not be liable for loss or damage to property or person of Lessee or any invitee occurring for any cause whatsoever upon the premises.
  • 5 Should Lessee's payments fall in arrears of 6 months, Lakeview Boat Storage shall seize possession of the stored property after appropriate legal procedures are taken.
  • 6 Max Boat length- 22 ft.
  • 7 No Pontoons.
  • 8 Lakeview boat storage has the option to charge any past due accounts a $5.00 late fee plus $1.00 for each additional day for payments received after the 10th day past due date.
  • 9 All stored items must be locked, and the owner retains the key.
  • 10 Boat insurance is required.
